WE ARE SOLD OUT FOR THE 2010 SEASON

Please contact us if you would like to be put on the wait list.

The Holland Farm is rich in agricultural history.  It was first established in 1770, and in 1922 the Holland family purchased the farm and had a small dairy herd. Around 1929 the Holland's changed their focus of the farm to poultry. They averaged 1500 chickens on the farm until the late 1970's.

Carl Holland wanted his farm to be preserved, and the current owners have taken on that responsibility. The renovation of the house is complete, and work will start soon on the barns.

2008 was our first season growing at the Holland Farm. The newly plowed land produced many award winning vegetables for our CSA and farmstand.

Vegetables at our farm are grown with no conventional pesticides.

We currently have 150 laying hens. Our hens are day ranged. They roam in their large fenced in area during the day and are kept safe in the coop at night. Our hens eat Nature Wise layer pellets by Nutrena. Though not organic, this feed, along with the vegetables off the farm, produce healthy hens and eggs with superb flavor and color.

In 2010 we plan on raising meat chickens. These birds will be for sale on a pre-order basis.

We continue to look forward to another very successful season!
